Love Film which streams to a number of internet TV’s own interfaces and other devices across Europe although a small player has been growing market share.

Amazon, wanting to get control of Europe before Netflix bought up the remaining (60ish %) Love Film shares.

Sky has the rights to stream in the UK but amazon has larger international deals with the studios. Its unsure why Sky has not already launched their VOD service fully, one of the reasons for sky’s reluctance to start streaming movie content on a large scale could be due to security of the stream which is use to download the films.

Whatever the case it looks like the market is going to get interesting Q3 this year when love film and amazon consolidate their agreements with the studios and their own subscriber bases as well as the other suppliers vying to get market share first.
