JOB DESCRIPTION Community Manager
We now live in a world where organisations have had to surrender their brands to the world of communities, particularly in the world of digital media. We are looking for a community manager who can successfully manage a brand’s global presence on key digital communities, consequently playing a vital part of a brand’s success.
Job Skills Required
A highly proactive and organised person with a curious mind, an eagerness for building knowledge and being a thought leader about the brand, product and the category as a whole
Copy and Tone
A comprehensive grasp of the English language with a skill for copy writing and identifying the right tone for bringing the brand to life for consumers
Become immersed in the world of the consumer to uncover relevant insights and make recommendations based on these key insights
Detailed understanding of, and passion for, digital media and innovations in this space
Ability to analyse and assess communications, present findings and recommendations
Whilst we have a broad range of technology support at the agency, a competent knowledge of what is and isn’t technically possible is needed to ensure ideas are feasible
2-4 year’s experience in a Community Manager position or similar. A ‘can do attitude’ and a real interest in the digital world and the alcohol industry. A great team worker who can contribute to a fun and dynamic environment
