Another BT win for Crayon

Following a three-way competitive pitch, BT has awarded the work for a complete re-design of its main phone services website to Crayon.

The win marks the second major BT win for Crayon in as many months. In December, the agency won a pitch for a re-design of BT’s broadband site.

The new project was driven by a need to simplify the customer journey throughout the site. “We were looking for a complete solution driven by strong customer insight, customer journey expertise and creative skills,” said Matt Walton, head of online channel development for BT. “I’m delighted to say that Crayon has delivered for us yet again”

The website will feature lots of interactive tools and personalised content. Work on the project will begin in March.

Crayon also works for BT across its BT Total Broadband, Voice (also called calls and lines or home phone services) BT Vision, BT Fon, VAS (Value Added Services) and BT Finance services.

Crayon is an independent digital communications agency which specialises in optimising customer journeys. Crayon’s biggest clients include BT and Legal and General.
