Crayon appoints Jonathan Clark as Chairman

Jonathan Clark, former chairman and co-founder of Clark McKay & Walpole (CMW), has joined Crayon as chairman.

The new role of chairman has been created to support Crayon’s future expansion plans.

Jonathan’s experience of growing a business, working with some of the best brands in the market and his extensive agency background a great asset for Crayon.

Commenting on his appointment, Jonathan said:

” Crayon, for me, is in a terrific position. It’s young, it’s entrepreneurial, it’s independent and it’s in the right place with a massively strong digital offering. I look forward to working with the board and moving the agency forward in this exciting direction.”

Crayon’s new positioning centres around getting closer to the customer and understanding their total customer journey.

Jonathan will hold the position at Crayon in tandem with running his start-up brand marketing consultancy Onion.

Crayon’s managing partner, Richard French added:
