Site re-launch boosts sales for BT

Crayon has led BT Digital Vault’s site redevelopment, driving a 52% increase in sales of its online storage service.

The redesigned site allows potential customers to quickly and easily compare features and costs before purchase. Uptake of the free version of the service has also increased 15% since the new site was launched .

The re-launch followed an insight study by Crayon, aimed at understanding consumer behavior and interaction with the Digital Vault site. Providing BT with recommendations led toan increase in sales/conversions from 33% to 52% through the site.

“These are some of the best results we have seen,” said Gary Shannon, business director at Crayon, “Once we nailed the insight, the creative and sales results just followed.”
