hhm... rebrands as Crayon
Richard French, 05 May 2005

Following their repositioning in 2004 as a Direct Advertising agency, hhm... has taken a leaf out of its insight approach and changed its name to Crayon Direct Advertising.

The name was chosen following an industry wide research initiative involving clients and other agencies voting either from a shortlist or suggesting alternatives. The shortlist was generated internally through a company wide brainstorm and vote.

Managing Partner Richard French explains "Crayon reflects our imaginative open minded approach to marketing, our unrelenting enthusiasm, and our culture of nurturing brands, ideas and people. We've invested heavily in a way of working that brings together deep, fresh customer insights, modern working practices and an unwavering commitment to measurement and accountability."

The name change consolidates a period of considerable growth with their direct advertising proposition, resulting in a pitch win rate over 60%.
