After an apprenticeship at CSL, an integrated creative and media agency working on clients including Dell and Elonex, Richard joined DM agency MBO-RCF, where he ran the Royal Mail and Bushmills Whiskey accounts.
In 1999 he joined independent integrated agency HHM, winning and managing clients such as Stena Line ferries, BT, AXA, Norwich Union and Virgin, before being appointed Managing Director.
Excited by the ever increasing opportunities in digital, Richard led a management buyout of HHM in 2005, renaming it Crayon and evolving the business into a pure play digital agency with a direct mentality. In 2008 Crayon was bought by HS&P.
Richard now shares account management responsibility with our other Managing Partners, and focuses on AXA, BT, British Gas and Deutsche Bank.
